Your Role
- Own end-to-end creative direction across AI image and video projects - from high-volume ideation to polished, campaign-ready delivery.
- Lead the early strategy + concept phase with clients: interpret briefs, define creative territories, pitch bold directions, and align on what success looks like before production begins.
- Invent AI-native concepts that excite clients unlocking creative possibilities they wouldn’t expect from AI (while keeping everything premium, intentional, and on-brand).
- Build and scale a repeatable creative pipeline: concept waterfall → moodboards → narrative frames → visual rules → production direction → review standards.
- Direct execution (not just ideas): guide artists and producers through iteration, refinement, and finishing so outputs feel curated - not generic AI.
- Partner closely with the Head of Production and Project Manager to ensure creative intent is protected while timelines, approvals, and delivery stay tight.
- Set the creative bar for the studio: define visual language, originality standards, and brand fit protecting the work from trend-chasing and “AI sameness.”
- Champion ethical creation: ensure opt-in participation, transparency, and respect for talent value and usage rights are built into how we create and deliver.
Your Profile
- 6+ years in Creative Direction / Art Direction / Concepting (agency, studio, entertainment, fashion/beauty, creator economy, or campaign-driven environments).
- A visionary creative profile with a portfolio that proves strong aesthetic judgment, world-building, and storytelling -you create work that feels intentional, premium, and culturally relevant (not generic, not trend-chasing).
- Clear interest in AI’s evolution and creative potential : you’re already exploring it, thinking ahead, and can confidently direct AI-enabled work (you don’t need to be the most technical person in the room, but you must be fluent enough to lead outcomes and quality).
- Proven ability to sell ideas: strong experience presenting to clients, defending a creative point of view, and getting concepts approved.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced production rhythm: understands workflows, iteration cycles, creative reviews, and how to collaborate tightly with producers/project managers and creative teams.
- Strong collaborative mindset - whether you come from in-house, agency, or freelance, you know how to plug into a team, communicate clearly, and move projects forward.
- Sound judgment around brand safety, representation, and ethical considerations, especially when working with emerging tech.
- You have a “Hollywood brain” energy: obsessed with culture, artists, and what people actually want to watch - your ideas feel like entertainment, not just ads.
- Experience helping build a creative pipeline or studio function from early-stage (standards, workflow, creative systems).
- Strong understanding of usage rights / licensing / talent protection in modern content production (especially relevant in AI-enabled work).

The Opportunity: We’re looking for a Senior Concept Creative to spearhead HYPERMUSE’s creative output. That's someone who can generate a high volume of strong concepts, shape them into a clear direction, and turn that vision into tangible, client-ready outcomes. The twist is that your portfolio (and mindset) shows you’re genuinely energized by AI: you’ve followed its evolution closely, understand where it’s going, and can translate that into ideas that make clients say, “we have to do this.” You know how to get clients excited not by selling “AI,” but by showing them what it unlocks: creative concepts they never imagined were possible, executed at a level that still feels premium, curated, and on-brand.
You’ll lead the creative process end-to-end: crafting bold, AI-native concepts tailored to business goals, presenting and selling them to clients, and guiding execution with a high bar for quality. You won’t be “prompting”; you’ll be directing - setting the creative standard, pushing originality, and ensuring every project ships with taste, precision, and speed. This is a role for someone truly innovative and forward-thinking, who can turn emerging technology into standout creative work and real results.
