This is a high-impact opportunity to shape the future of advertising experiences within a global streaming platform serving hundreds of millions of members. As a senior member of the Ads Consumer Experience team, you will define and elevate the content strategy behind ad-supported experiences—balancing member trust, advertiser value, and product innovation. You’ll design clear, scalable UX content across devices including CTV, mobile, and web, helping evolve ad formats, privacy messaging, and core advertising canvases. Working cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Engineering, you’ll bring structure to complex challenges and translate ambiguity into intuitive, user-centered solutions. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-moving, collaborative, and experimentation-driven environment.
Accountabilities:
- Lead content design strategy for consumer-facing advertising experiences, ensuring clarity, consistency, and trust across all touchpoints.
- Craft end-to-end UX content, including flows, states, interaction models, terminology systems, and final UI copy.
- Innovate on new ad formats and evolve existing ad canvases to enhance both member engagement and advertiser effectiveness.
- Design and refine privacy, transparency, and policy-related messaging to maintain user trust in ad-supported experiences.
- Build scalable content systems, including information architecture, language frameworks, and reusable patterns.
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Design to prioritize high-impact initiatives and align on clear, intuitive solutions.
- Use research insights, data, and testing to optimize ad experiences and continuously improve performance.
- Present content rationale clearly, incorporate feedback constructively, and drive alignment across stakeholders.
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in UX writing, content design, content strategy, information architecture, taxonomy, or related disciplines.Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking—from problem framing and content strategy to final UI copy for consumer-facing products.Mastery of UX fundamentals with the ability to think in systems, flows, and scalable patterns—not just individual strings of text.Demonstrated ability to synthesize business requirements, research insights, and analytics into outcome-driven UX content.Experience mapping and improving complex user journeys across multiple platforms (CTV, mobile, web).Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional partners and the ability to navigate ambiguity at both strategic and tactical levels.Exceptional written communication skills, including mastery of style guidelines (e.g., AP style) with sound editorial judgment.Self-directed, organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving product environment.Experience in advertising, ad tech, or advertiser-facing consumer experiences is a plus.Benefits:
