About the Role
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Design and Brand Manager in the United States.
This role offers a unique opportunity to define and own the visual identity of a fast-growing fintech brand from day one. You will be responsible for shaping the look, feel, and consistency of all external and internal communications, across digital, social, product, and events. This is a hands-on position where you’ll execute high-impact design work while also building the foundation of a creative function, eventually leading a small team or managing external partners. You will collaborate closely with marketing leadership, ensuring brand quality across campaigns, websites, social content, and product visuals. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing execution with strategic thinking, and has the opportunity to grow into a leadership role as the company scales.
Accountabilities:
- Own and evolve the brand system, ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints
- Design graphics and layouts for content, social media, email campaigns, and product launches
- Develop sales and marketing collateral, including decks, one-pagers, and ABM campaign assets
- Create product mockups, animations, and video content to showcase product value
- Manage the visual identity for events, including flagship company events and community activations
- Oversee website updates, landing pages, and other digital campaign assets
- Collaborate cross-functionally and manage external creative partners to deliver high-quality output
- Serve as the visual standard-bearer for the brand, ensuring all work meets the company’s quality standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a designer with strong craft across multiple mediums, including digital, print, motion, and video
- Background in B2B SaaS or fintech, with the ability to visualize complex concepts clearly
- Experience owning and evolving a brand system rather than just executing within one
- Ability to work independently, make design decisions, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Experience managing external creative partners (freelancers, agencies, contractors) effectively
- Strong sense of design strategy, with a focus on both execution and long-term brand development
- Fluency in motion graphics and video collaboration, even if not producing content directly
- Obsession with high-quality design and attention to detail
