Accountabilities
- Lead the rollout and evolution of the design system, including creating and maintaining components in Vue.js.
- Establish governance policies for the design system and ensure its consistent adoption across the product.
- Review and refine features before release, ensuring they meet high-quality standards for user experience.
- Collaborate closely with product designers and front-end engineers to implement reusable components.
- Regularly align with product management to ensure feature priorities and design standards are met.
Requirements
- Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional visual design skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript, with hands-on experience in building production-ready components.
- Experience contributing to or maintaining design systems, including component creation and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills with a collaborative mindset to work effectively across design and engineering teams.
- Experience in Vue.js and knowledge of front-end performance optimization techniques.
