As a Senior Designer at COS you are responsible to deliver the company vision and targets clearly for the Knitwear & Jersey department and leading your team towards this. In this role you are responsible for building and driving a strong assortment, providing products that sits in a complete wardrobe in all layers of the triangle meeting the customers’ requirements and the COS aesthetic. You are responsible to drive the selling, constantly with the customers’ expectations in mind. You will be responsible for growing and developing junior team members within your department.
