We are looking for a Senior Digital Designer to partner with internal and client teams on the design and evolution of large-scale digital platforms, including high-traffic websites, ecommerce experiences, and connected digital products. This role will play a critical part in shaping how customers visually experience, navigate, and interact with some of the most recognized digital platforms in the world across devices.
As part of our award-winning agency—recently named Ad Age Small Agency of the Year—this role will help drive and craft high-quality digital designs that connect creativity, technology, and performance, in partnership with internal and client stakeholders. We have a long track record of using digital innovation to bring brands to life through design, including launching first-of-their-kind platforms, campaigns, and interactive experiences. You will bring a strong point of view on digital craft and execution, ensuring that design quality, consistency, polish and accessibility remain exceptionally high as platforms scale and evolve.
You will be expected to manage and execute your own work while collaborating closely with a core cross-functional team that includes product, design, UX, engineering, and client leadership/stakeholders. The role requires hands-on digital design, fluency in AI-enhanced design workflows, a strong understanding of motion and interaction design, and a deep commitment to accessible digital experiences. You will be expected to move quickly, explore multiple directions, and translate established experience strategy into both testable prototypes and production-ready design that performs in the real world.
$100,000 - $140,000 a year
