  • Mentor team members on best practices in front-end development and design integration.
  • Collaborate with UX designers and developers to translate user-centered designs into functional, high-quality code.
  • Improve team productivity by introducing new tools, processes, and scalable practices.
  • Ensure accessibility standards and inclusive design practices are incorporated into all front-end work.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in front-end engineering, preferably in enterprise or SaaS environments.
  • Strong proficiency with JavaScript, React, HTML/CSS, and front-end frameworks such as MUI or Tailwind CSS.
  • Experience operating and maintaining comprehensive design systems in Figma and Storybook.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered development tools like Cursor or equivalent platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to bridge design and technical implementation with portfolio examples.
  • Understanding of interaction design principles, user-centered processes, and complex B2B workflows.
  • Experience with version control (Git) and modern development workflows.
  • Ability to mentor and scale design and development practices within a growing team.

Benefits

  • Competitive hourly rate: $65–$75/hour (6-month contract).
  • Fully remote position with flexibility.
  • Opportunity to work with a high-performing product team at the intersection of design and technology.
  • Exposure to AI-driven development workflows and modern front-end architectures.
  • Professional growth through mentorship and cross-functional collaboration.
