Accountabilities

• Create compelling digital visuals by styling and posing in-game assets.
• Design graphics for product promotions, in-app releases, websites, social media, and email campaigns.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance and polish creative content while maintaining quality.
• Develop standards for static graphics and visual storytelling.
• Create reusable templates for in-app promotions and campaigns.
• Innovate new approaches to presenting promotional content.
• Collaborate closely with art and product teams to deliver creative solutions.
• Manage time effectively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactively suggest creative ideas to enhance brand aesthetics.
• Stay current with digital design trends and incorporate them thoughtfully.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience as a graphic designer or digital artist.
• Experience in fashion or industrial design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing versatility and consistent quality across digital design work.
• Expertise in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Proven ability in character styling, lighting, and effects.
• Strong foundation in drawing, anatomy, perspective, and color theory.
• Skill in adapting to client/brand vision and iterating based on feedback.
• Collaborative approach with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Self-driven with strong organizational and time management abilities.
