YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You champion and elevate the core principles of product design, ensuring human-centered design, data-informed decision-making, and seamless cross-functional collaboration are embedded in everything we create together
- You set the design vision while staying hands-on, crafting impactful artifacts such as high-fidelity prototypes and design flows, grounded in IxD, IA, accessibility, and UCD best practices
- You drive design strategy, influencing key stakeholders and executives to align on a shared vision that delivers measurable business and customer value
- You lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, establishing design principles and processes that enable consistency, scalability, and innovation
- You evolve our design system as a strategic asset, ensuring cohesion and quality across our product ecosystem
- You balance vision with pragmatism, finding the most effective trade-offs to deliver high-value solutions that excite customers and support business growth
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- Experience You bring extensive UX/UI experience shaping B2C digital products at scale, with several years in senior or leadership roles driving end-to-end design strategy, influencing executives, and scaling processes across product lines
- Portfolio Your portfolio showcases large-scale projects that blend visual design with strategic problem-solving, featuring case studies on design systems, cross-functional leadership, and solutions that drive customer experience and business growth
