Senior Producer - Creative Content

full-timeOn-site

Job Description

At Rituals, we’re shaping content that connects, converts, and elevates our brand across every touchpoint, from screen to shelf. We’re now looking for a Senior Producer - Creative Content to join our Content & Design Studio Operations team.

As our new Senior Producer - Creative Content, you’ll own the end-to-end production of still and motion content from brief to final delivery. This role goes far beyond traditional project management; it requires a deep understanding of content production workflows across photography, CGI, and AI, and how to integrate these disciplines to deliver exceptional creative and operational outcomes.

You won’t just coordinate; you’ll shape how content is made. From defining the scope and production approach to ensuring creative intent and technical excellence, you’ll drive consistency and quality across all channels, including digital, e-commerce, social, retail, and print.

You’ll work closely with Art Directors, Studio Operations, and marketing stakeholders to translate creative concepts into feasible, efficient executions that balance quality, cost, and timing.

Key responsibilities

  • Own and deliver digital content projects from brief to go-live, translating requests into clear deliverables, timelines, and actions.
  • Lead pre-production, production, and post-production workflows across stills, motion, CGI, and AI, ensuring smooth delivery of final assets.
  • Collaborate with Art Direction to define shot lists and production approaches.
  • Manage internal and external resources, including studios and CGI or AI partners, ensuring alignment and capacity planning.
  • Act as a central contact for stakeholders and suppliers, managing approvals, communication, and expectations.
  • Create and manage project budgets, negotiate rates and contracts, and track financials accurately.
  • Ensure quality control during production and post-production, maintaining creative and technical standards.
  • Use tools such as Workfront and our DAM system to track progress, store assets, and improve production visibility.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance speed, efficiency, and consistency.

Success looks like

  • Projects delivered on time, on budget, and to brief with minimal rework.
  • Clear, scalable workflows across photography, CGI, and AI.
  • Strong, trusted relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Measurable improvements in speed, efficiency, and asset quality.

Qualifications

You’re an experienced and hands-on producer who thrives at the intersection of creativity and organization. You combine production expertise with excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

You bring

  • 5+ years of experience in content or production management across stills, motion, and digital content, including photography, CGI, or AI workflows.
  • Strong understanding of production best practices and the ability to recommend the right approach for each brief and budget.
  • Proven financial acumen, managing budgets, tracking costs, and negotiating supplier agreements.
  • A solid network of external vendors, studios, and production partners.
  • Analytical and pragmatic problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions quickly.
  • A calm, structured, and collaborative mindset, able to harmonize different stakeholders and keep projects moving.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and quality control.
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken.
  • Must be based in the Netherlands.

Please include a portfolio with your application showcasing examples of your work, the methods used, and the studios or suppliers you collaborated with.
