Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end design efforts across key initiatives, from discovery to execution.
• Build expertise in your product area to create and improve features based on what users need, what benefits the business, and what's technically possible.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to help teams determine the design direction for delivery.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers on your team to define concepts, develop design solutions and ensure seamless implementation of hi-fidelity designs.
• Contribute to the definition and expansion of the new and existing Oleria Design System.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience as a Product Designer, or similar role.
• Degree in Design (Interaction, Product, Communication, HCD, or related) or equivalent experience.
• A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design and proven business impact.
• Strong visual design skills and ability to influence design quality.
• Have strong communication skills and can effectively explain design decisions to technical stakeholders
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe CC, and prototyping tools.
• Excellent communication, self-management, and organizational skills.
• Experience designing data visualizations or interactive graphs is a plus.
• Additional experience in B2B SaaS Security solutions is a plus.
