In this role, you will design innovative and impactful user experiences across a comprehensive suite of products for operational and fleet management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and operations, to identify customer needs and translate them into effective design solutions. From research and ideation to execution and iteration, you will lead design initiatives while ensuring consistency, usability, and visual quality across multiple touchpoints. You will also mentor other designers, contribute to the evolution of design systems, and play a key role in shaping the product experience. Accountabilities:
- Lead design initiatives end-to-end, from research and concept to execution and iteration.
- Understand customer and business problems through qualitative and quantitative research.
- Define and document key user journeys, workflows, and product opportunities.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to validate and prioritize core use cases.
- Build alignment and communicate vision through compelling storytelling, presentations, and prototypes.
- Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure cohesive and consistent product experiences.
- Mentor and support other designers, fostering a culture of design excellence and collaboration.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in interaction and interface design for web or mobile applications.
- Proven experience leading complex projects in cross-functional teams.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills, problem-solving, and product thinking.
- Experience working with or creating design systems and frameworks.
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
