About the Role

This role offers the opportunity to shape mobile products that make financial services more accessible and inclusive for millions of users. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and analysts to design and iterate high-quality mobile experiences for iOS and Android. The position involves creating interactive prototypes, contributing to a design system, and conducting user research to inform product decisions. You will influence both the visual and interaction design of consumer-focused products, ensuring frictionless flows and delightful experiences. This role combines creativity, technical skill, and a user-centered mindset, with direct impact on the adoption and success of financial solutions. It is ideal for designers passionate about making a tangible social impact while collaborating with a global team.

Accountabilities

  • Design and prototype user interfaces for mobile apps, ensuring intuitive interactions and high visual polish.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation to production.
  • Conduct user research and testing to identify pain points and validate design solutions.
  • Contribute to and maintain the product design system and component library.
  • Communicate design rationale and iterate on feedback from stakeholders.
  • Analyze customer behaviors to inform design decisions and anticipate edge cases.
  • Balance business goals, technical constraints, and user needs while delivering impactful design solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Product Design, Interaction Design, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience designing consumer-focused mobile applications.
  • Strong visual and interaction design skills with attention to detail and usability.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma; animation experience (e.g., After Effects, Lottie) is a plus.
  • Experience with low- and high-fidelity design workflows, rapid iteration, and user testing.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex design challenges and make trade-offs while maintaining design quality.
  • Empathy for users and curiosity for understanding customer behaviors.
  • French language skills are a plus but not required.
