We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the creation of intuitive, innovative, and user-centered digital experiences. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design products that delight users and drive engagement. You will lead the end-to-end design process, from research and ideation to prototyping and implementation, ensuring consistency across platforms. This position requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with the ability to influence product direction and mentor junior designers. Your work will directly impact user satisfaction, product adoption, and overall business success in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
- Accountabilities:
- Lead the full product design lifecycle, including ideation, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and implementation.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
- Conduct user research to identify needs, behaviors, and pain points, applying insights to guide design decisions.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, user flows, and documentation to ensure consistency across products.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback and analytics.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of design excellence.
- Continuously explore design trends, emerging tools, and best practices to enhance product experience and innovation.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful digital products.
- Expertise across all phases of product design: user research, UX writing, wireframing, prototyping, visual and interaction design, and usability testing.
- Proficiency in design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Miro, Productboard, Usertesting.com, and Asana.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret user research and metrics to inform design decisions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt designs across multiple platforms and form factors.
- Competencies include creativity, innovation, empathy, teamwork, and influence, with a focus on user-centered solutions.
