This is a high-impact, growth-oriented product design role focused on shaping the experience of a multi-product B2B SaaS platform serving
U.S.-based administrators and employees. You will directly influence activation, engagement, retention, and expansion through thoughtful, data-informed design decisions. Working within an established design system, you’ll evolve complex, role-based workflows without reinventing foundational patterns. The role requires strong product thinking, experimentation fluency, and a deep understanding of U.S. SaaS buyer behavior. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Data teams in a distributed environment, operating with autonomy and measurable accountability. Accountabilities:
- Design and optimize foundational platform experiences, ensuring intuitive and scalable role-based workflows for administrators and end users.
- Improve activation flows, reduce onboarding friction, and shorten time-to-first-value for U.S.-based B2B customers.
- Create self-serve upgrade, monetization, and cross-product expansion pathways aligned with U.S. SaaS purchasing behaviors.
- Lead UX experimentation initiatives in partnership with Product and Data teams, translating business KPIs into testable design hypotheses.
- Iterate on engagement loops, feature adoption mechanisms, behavioral nudges, and reporting interfaces to drive measurable retention improvements.
- Contribute to and evolve the established design system, refining patterns as platform complexity scales while maintaining consistency.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering to ensure high-fidelity implementation and scalable design execution across multiple products.
- Communicate design decisions through clear rationale, connecting UX improvements to activation, conversion, and expansion metrics.
Requirements:
8+ years of product design experience, with strong expertise in B2B SaaS environments.Proven track record of driving measurable growth impact across activation, engagement, retention, or expansion metrics.Experience designing product-led growth (PLG) or self-serve SaaS platforms.Strong systems thinking with experience designing multi-tenant, role-based platform experiences.Hands-on involvement in A/B testing or experimentation frameworks tied to business KPIs.Experience working within established design systems and evolving patterns responsibly at scale.Portfolio demonstrating high-quality product craft alongside clear, quantifiable business outcomes.Deep understanding of U.S. workplace norms, SaaS buying behavior, and compliance-driven user environments.Ability to operate independently in cross-continental teams with strong communication and collaboration skills.Benefits:
