About the Role

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Designer in EMEA.

In this role, you will drive end-to-end product design, from discovery and research to delivery and post-launch evaluation. You will play a central role in shaping product experiences across multiple devices, ensuring consistency, usability, and visual excellence. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will represent the voice of the user, uncover insights, and translate them into intuitive, high-impact design solutions. You will support the evolution of design thinking practices, help elevate design standards, and contribute to a scalable design system. This position offers the opportunity to influence the product vision, facilitate team alignment, and create meaningful experiences in a fast-growing, customer-centric environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead the full design process, from research and ideation to prototyping, testing, and final delivery.
  • Conduct user research using both qualitative and quantitative methods to inform design decisions.
  • Organize workshops to align teams, generate ideas, and support strategic decision-making.
  • Produce high-quality, user-centered designs that balance business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility.
  • Create polished mockups and interactive prototypes, iterating based on feedback and usability testing.
  • Contribute to the design system and ensure consistency across devices, screen sizes, and product areas.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, customer-facing teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Build user empathy, uncover product gaps, and translate insights into compelling stories and design directions.
  • Manage multiple projects at once while effectively prioritizing tasks and deadlines.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in product design, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Strong ability to design across multiple platforms, ensuring consistent experiences on various devices and screen sizes.
  • Proficiency in design thinking, user research, storytelling, journey mapping, and blueprinting.
  • Strong visual and interaction design skills, with a deep understanding of usability principles.
  • Advanced experience using Figma, including autolayout and component-based workflows.
  • Ability to build deep empathy with users and design solutions that enhance workflows, efficiency, and usability.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects, prioritizing effectively, and working autonomously.
  • Experience working in agile environments.
  • Nice to have: Vibecoding experience.
