We are seeking a creative and strategic Senior Product Designer to lead the design of web and mobile experiences that drive key business outcomes. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and leadership to translate complex problems into elegant, user-centered solutions. You will help establish design standards, optimize workflows, and create prototypes and user flows that align with the overall product vision. This is a high-impact, hands-on role within a small, fast-paced team, offering the opportunity to influence product strategy, foster a strong design culture, and make a tangible difference on both user experience and business results.

Accountabilities:
Lead design projects across the full product lifecycle and multiple launches, from ideation to implementation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand problems, define requirements, and deliver visually compelling and intuitive solutions.
Establish and maintain standardized design systems, interaction patterns, and best practices.
Rapidly produce multiple concepts and prototypes, balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business objectives.
Advocate for users and stakeholders, backing design decisions with research, data, and industry best practices.
Contribute to onboarding, mentorship, and development of team members, fostering a collaborative and empowering environment.
Communicate project progress, risks, and blockers to leadership and ensure alignment with product strategy and vision.
Requirements:
5+ years of professional experience, preferably in startup environments.
Strong experience designing web applications for enterprise users and creator platforms.
Experience with mobile app design (iOS and Android) is a plus.
Proficiency in design thinking, interaction design, visual design, and prototyping.
Excellent time management, prioritization, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, teamwork, and project management skills.
Demonstrated ability to influence product decisions and contribute to a positive company culture.
