Accountabilities
- Lead design for new product initiatives and feature iterations.
- Turn ambiguous problems into clear, shippable experiences.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, and Growth teams.
- Conduct discovery work to identify and frame the right problems.
- Design end-to-end experiences for new products, from concept to launch.
- Develop clear design narratives for cross-functional alignment.
- Provide mentorship and guidance for junior design team members.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product design experience in fintech or consumer products.
- Proven track record of taking products from ideation to launch.
- Strong portfolio showcasing 0 → 1 thinking and design evolution.
- Deep expertise in mobile app design.
- Excellent visual design sensibility and practical UX judgment.
- Fluency in Figma and modern design processes.
- Strong communication skills with cross-functional teams.
