In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the user experience of a rapidly evolving platform that values both innovation and user-centric design. Accountabilities
- Own end-to-end design for complex product initiatives, simplifying technical workflows into intuitive experiences.
- Contribute to and evolve our design system ensuring accessibility and consistency across products.
- Directly manage a team of UX designers, providing coaching and structured design critique.
- Manage designer workload and capacity planning while ensuring effective communication within engineering workflows.
- Strengthen collaboration with product and engineering teams to integrate UX from early stages.
- Support documentation and governance to facilitate long-term platform scalability.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in UX or Product Design.
- Experience with complex B2B or developer-facing products.
- 1–3 years of people management experience.
- Familiarity with Jira-driven engineering environments.
- Strong understanding of research tools and practices.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma.
- Ability to create reusable interaction patterns.
- Deep understanding of accessibility and usability standards.
- Strong interaction design and systems thinking.
- Proven ability to operate in ambiguous environments.
