Senior Visual Content Editor (Luxury Fashion)
We are seeking a Senior Visual Content Editor to take full ownership of the visual output for a premier luxury active swimwear brand. This is a role for a master of "The Luxury Edit", someone who can take raw, high-energy sports footage or lifestyle captures and refine them into sophisticated, high-end assets that mirror the prestige of brands like Chloé or Moncler.
You will be the final gatekeeper of the brand’s aesthetic, ensuring every frame of video and every retouched image reinforces the premium positioning in the active luxury market.
Part-time: 16 hours/week (with potential growth to more hours)
Work Set-Up: Fully remote, Independent Contractor
Work Hours: CET (based in Geneva)
Monthly Salary: $650-$900 (based on 16-hours workweek; depending on experience)
What You'll Be Doing:
- Own the end-to-end execution of all visual content, from cinematic short-form video (Reels, TikTok, Ads) to high-end photo retouching.
- Transform raw assets into polished, luxury-standard visuals using advanced color grading, skin retouching, and sophisticated pacing.
- Act as the visual anchor for the brand, ensuring a seamless aesthetic across social media, e-commerce, and paid digital channels.
- Collaborate with the Brand Strategist to ensure that "luxury" never comes at the cost of "performance." You will optimize edits for high engagement and conversion while maintaining a premium feel.
- Apply a deep understanding of fashion composition and rhythm to create content that tells a story of movement, elegance, and the marine lifestyle.
Who You Are:
- 5+ years in high-end video/photo editing, specifically within Luxury, Fashion, or Premium Lifestyle sectors.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom).
- A proven portfolio that demonstrates "Quiet Luxury" aesthetics—clean lines, sophisticated color palettes, and meticulous attention to detail.
- A deep understanding of the nuances of luxury on social media (knowing when to be "raw" and when to be "polished").
- A high level of ownership; you are expected to drive the visual direction proactively rather than just following a checklist.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience with high-end brands (e.g., Moncler, Chloé, Eres).
- A background in Art Direction or Creative Direction.
- A genuine personal connection to the ocean, water sports, or the marine lifestyle.
