About the team and what we'll build together
We’re redesigning how marketers, analysts, and loyalty strategists interact with technology — moving from forms and dashboards to conversational and agentic UX that’s intelligent, adaptive, and outcomes-focused. We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who can define and execute a best-in-class UX/UI strategy across our platform. You’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to reimagine user flows, design intuitive interfaces, and embed intelligent AI interactions throughout our ecosystem.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role for someone who loves crafting elegant solutions, shaping interface language, and bringing next-generation user experiences to life — not just wireframing but owning the end-to-end design journey.
How you will make an impact
- Lead the UX vision and execution for our loyalty and marketing technology platform, with a focus on agent-driven and conversational interfaces
- Design end-to-end user experiences: user flows, wireframes, interaction models, and polished UI
- Translate abstract problems into clear, intuitive UX structures that guide user decision-making
- Develop and maintain a design system with naming taxonomy and UX/UI standards
- Collaborate deeply with Product, Engineering, and Innovation to build scalable, accessible, and performant features
- Prototype and test designs with best-in-class usability principles and using tools like Figma, Framer, or AI-based generators and usability
- Advocate for the user at every step — including under ambiguous, fast-moving product cycles
What you need to be successful
- 5–8+ years in UX/UI design, with a portfolio that spans B2B SaaS, platforms, or complex workflows
- Strong experience designing systems with intelligent assistants, chatbots, or AI-powered interactions, within marketing technology preferred
- AI-first mentality in workflow methods and fluency in Figma or other design and prototyping tools, and user research methods
- Ability to lead cross-functional conversations and influence without authority
- Deep understanding of design systems, naming conventions, and UX writing
- Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Experience designing for loyalty, marketing tech, CRM, or customer data platforms
- Familiarity with LLM and agent design patterns
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG), performance optimization, and front-end collaboration
