This role leads the strategy, design, and delivery of exceptional user experiences across complex digital products. You will own the end-to-end UX product lifecycle, driving initiatives that improve usability, accessibility, and design consistency. Partnering closely with cross-functional teams, you will translate user insights into actionable roadmaps, ensuring that every product decision balances user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. This position requires a strategic mindset, strong execution skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Accountabilities
- Own the end-to-end UX product lifecycle, from discovery and definition to launch, optimization, and scaling of user experiences.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Product leadership to define requirements and drive successful execution.
- Develop and communicate a compelling UX and accessibility roadmap aligned with business objectives and market trends.
- Lead initiatives to improve usability, design consistency, compliance (ADA/WCAG), and overall user experience quality.
- Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitive assessments to identify opportunities for product enhancements.
- Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation to articulate problems, solutions, and desired outcomes.
- Lead agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and feature kickoffs, ensuring alignment and on-time delivery.
- Track and evaluate key UX metrics such as adoption, engagement, satisfaction, and accessibility compliance.
- Advocate for seamless, inclusive, and impactful experiences across all user touchpoints.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in product management, UX strategy, or a related field, with 3+ years leading experience-focused initiatives within SaaS or FinTech products.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Product Design, Engineering, Human–Computer Interaction, or equivalent experience; relevant product management certifications (e.g., CSPO, Pragmatic, AIPMM) are a plus.
- Proven ability to translate research insights into product vision, roadmap priorities, and scalable UX patterns.
- Experience leading design systems, accessibility programs, journey mapping, or other cross-product UX alignment initiatives.
- Strong strategic UX mindset with expertise in user-centered design, product discovery, and experience strategy.
- Skilled in reviewing design concepts and providing actionable feedback on usability, flow, and interaction quality.
- Analytical and insight-driven decision-making skills using both qualitative and quantitative data.
- Systems thinker with experience ensuring UX consistency, accessibility, and scalability across products.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to align technical and non-technical audiences.
- High degree of adaptability, ownership, and self-direction in remote-first environments.
- Familiarity with enterprise-scale software or FinTech environments and regulated user journeys.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% per year.
