Accountabilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end UX research projects from inception to delivery.
- Design and execute mixed-methods research including usability testing and surveys.
- Identify user friction points and enhance product value through research.
- Translate qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable product recommendations.
- Prioritize research opportunities in collaboration with leadership.
- Mentor cross-functional teams on research methodologies.
- Establish efficient systems for research operations to ensure discoverability of insights.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout product development.
Requirements
- 5+ years of UX research experience in consumer-facing products, particularly in fintech or travel.
- Strong expertise in qualitative research methods and familiarity with quantitative approaches.
- Proven ability to lead complex research initiatives and engage with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into clear insights.
- Experience in fast-paced environments using research tools like UserTesting and Amplitude.
- Strong interpersonal skills to influence cross-functional teams effectively.
- Proactive and detail-oriented with a commitment to ethical research practices.
