Product Design at Gusto is made up of over 80 creative, collaborative people who care deeply about our mission to empower small businesses and their employees. As a Staff Product Designer on Consumer Money, you’ll shape the future of our business by designing new 0–1 financial products that will help workers thrive financially. You’ll craft intuitive, high-quality experiences, balancing rapid experimentation with thoughtful design. You’ll be responsible for both building brand-new experiences as well as guiding the work of our external partners, often charting new paths where none exist. Working closely with cross-functional partners across Product, Engineering, and BizDev, you’ll influence strategy, drive alignment, and deliver exceptional outcomes in ambiguous, fast-moving spaces. This role reports to the Head of Design for New Revenue Streams.
Our cash compensation range for this role is $146,000/yr to $183,000/yr in Denver & most remote locations, and $177,000/yr to $222,000/yr in San Francisco, Seattle & New York. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
