We are looking for an experienced Product Designer to join Ridgeline’s Core Platform team—an essential part of our mission to build a unified cloud-native enterprise platform for investment management. As a member of this team, you’ll be responsible for architecting flexible, reusable design solutions that support critical platform capabilities across our suite of applications. You will collaborate with design, product, and engineering leaders to craft experiences that drive performance, consistency, and usability for our internal and external users. This role offers the opportunity to make outsized impact through thoughtful systems design, powered by cutting-edge technologies—including AI tools like Figma AI, ChatGPT, and GitHub Copilot.
As a key member of the Core Platform team at Ridgeline, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the federated building blocks of the Ridgeline system. The Core Platform team is at the forefront of simplifying and streamlining complex workflow automations for external and internal operational users, and the growth of our global product tools such as search and our notifications platform.

Compensation and Benefits
The cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $135,000-$155,000. Final compensation amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amount listed above.
