We're seeking an experienced independent recruiting contractor for an immediate need that has strong potential to become a permanent role, if that's something you're interested in. Help us fill 2 Staff or Senior Software Engineer positions within 90 days while building the foundation for our internal tech recruiting function at Luna.
We will provide clear job descriptions and established compensation bands, a defined interview process that includes technical coding assessments, and direct access to hiring managers and the engineering team. Additionally, we offer ATS access for candidate tracking and collaboration.
Our success metrics prioritize quality over quantity, focusing on candidates who advance past initial technical screens. We are looking to fill both positions within 90 days to maintain efficiency.
