About the Role
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a P-CPT-0026 UGC Portfolio Designer (Canva) in Spain.
This role is perfect for a creative and detail-oriented designer who specializes in UGC (User-Generated Content) portfolios and creator branding. You will transform raw creator assets, including photos, videos, metrics, and testimonials, into visually polished Canva portfolios and media kits that help creators secure collaborations and stand out in competitive markets. Working closely with creators and internal teams, you will ensure that each portfolio is modern, clean, and aligned with brand identity while maintaining efficient workflows and file organization. This position allows for hands-on design ownership, fast-paced execution, and direct impact on creator visibility and business opportunities. The role requires proficiency in Canva, a keen eye for typography and layout, and strong collaborative communication skills.
Accountabilities:
- Design high-quality UGC creator portfolios in Canva, presenting creator overviews, niche positioning, work samples, metrics, case studies, and contact information.
- Create supporting branding assets, such as profile images, banners, and additional visual elements consistent with the creator’s aesthetic.
- Build portfolios as shareable Canva Sites or PDFs and maintain organized files following naming conventions and folder structures.
- Integrate case studies effectively, including placeholders for future projects when needed, ensuring clarity in brand, objective, deliverables, and results.
- Adapt designs to align with creator branding and inspiration references while maintaining strong typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
- Collaborate with internal teams, implement feedback efficiently, and complete revisions quickly while maintaining design quality.
Requirements:
- Proven experience designing UGC creator portfolios, media kits, or influencer portfolios.
- Advanced proficiency in Canva, including design systems and templates.
- Strong understanding of UGC marketing, creator branding, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent layout design, typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy skills.
- Ability to produce high-quality designs quickly and maintain attention to detail.
- Strong organization skills, reliability, and effective communication to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with Google Drive, Google Docs, Slack, and optionally Notion for project management.
- Portfolio submission required, showcasing Canva-based design work and creator media kits.
