We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to shape engaging, intuitive, and consistent experiences across web and mobile platforms. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure design quality, usability, and brand consistency. You will contribute to both the strategic and hands-on aspects of product design, including prototyping, user testing, and implementing design systems. Accountabilities:
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to deliver web GUI applications and mobile apps with optimal UX/UI design.
- Lead design efforts, ensuring consistency across products and new features.
- Propose and maintain appropriate technologies for web and mobile interfaces.
- Review product requirements and verify technical feasibility from a design perspective.
- Design, prototype, and maintain interactive experiences using tools like Figma.
- Implement build automation processes for web GUI applications and mobile apps.
- Ensure the user experience and brand consistency across product lines.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in web GUI development.
- At least 3 years of experience with React/Redux development.
- Strong understanding of web application architecture and UX/UI design principles.
- Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AJAX, REST APIs, Node.js, and build automation tools.
- Experience with GraphQL, Material-UI, and hybrid mobile app development.
- Proficiency in prototyping interactive experiences using Figma.
- Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and ability to manage deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work collaboratively in Agile environments.
