This role offers the opportunity to shape user experiences in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where design directly impacts product success. Accountabilities:
- Translate customer requirements into user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to research, design, and iterate on user experiences.
- Develop visual assets and maintain design guidelines for consistent implementation.
- Present design concepts and deliverables effectively to stakeholders and internal teams.
- Apply principles of usability, accessibility, and visual design to improve the product experience.
- Contribute to maintaining and evolving the company’s design systems and symbol libraries.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in UI/UX design or a related field, with a strong portfolio of work.
- Proficiency with design tools, particularly Figma; access to a Mac is preferred.
- Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent English copywriting and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze user journeys and translate them into intuitive interfaces.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset with a sense of humor.
