Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) to understand user needs and behaviors
- Translate research insights into user journeys, personas, wireframes, and prototypes
- Design intuitive user flows and interactions for web and/or mobile products
- Collaborate with UI designers and developers to ensure designs are feasible and implemented accurately
- Iterate designs based on user feedback, testing results, and data
- Advocate for the user throughout the product development process
- Maintain and contribute to design systems and UX documentation
- Drive harmonization of user experiences across all subsystems
- Conduct usability testing and surveys
Qualifications
Educational qualification:
B.E./M.Tech in ECE, CSE, or equivalent
Experience :
- Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Experience with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
- Ability to conduct and analyze user research and usability testing
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating UX process and design thinking
- Person with industrial/power/energy automation experience
Nice to Have
- Experience working in agile or cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with analytics tools and data-driven design
