Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities :
Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) to understand user needs and behaviors
Translate research insights into user journeys, personas, wireframes, and prototypes
Design intuitive user flows and interactions for web and/or mobile products
Collaborate with UI designers and developers to ensure designs are feasible and implemented accurately
Iterate designs based on user feedback, testing results, and data
Advocate for the user throughout the product development process
Maintain and contribute to design systems and UX documentation
Drive harmonization of user experiences across all subsystems
Conduct usability testing and surveys
Qualifications
Educational qualification:
B.E./M.Tech in ECE, CSE, or equivalent
Experience :
Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
Experience with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
Ability to conduct and analyze user research and usability testing
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Portfolio demonstrating UX process and design thinking
Person with industrial/power/energy automation experience
Nice to Have
Experience working in agile or cross-functional teams
Familiarity with analytics tools and data-driven design
