Niantic's UX Design team is hiring a UX Designer to shape groundbreaking, highly social, and innovative experiences that inspire millions of players to explore the real world through discovery, exercise, and community.
We’re looking for someone who champions the needs of our players, blending intuition with data-driven insights to create seamless and engaging experiences. You’ll design intuitive end-to-end flows, craft thoughtful visual design, and build prototypes that bring ideas to life. As a skilled storyteller, you’ll translate complex use cases into simple, scalable solutions, while maintaining a high attention to detail in your work.
In this role, you’ll partner closely with engineers, product managers, and other creative professionals in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You balance established patterns with fresh ideas, present your work with clarity and confidence, and value feedback as part of an iterative process.

The total compensation package for this position includes a new hire offer base salary range of $156,600.00 - $174,000.00. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for equity, bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package
Individual pay within this salary range is determined by work location and additional factors, including assessed job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
