Our Product Management team drives product initiatives from inception through execution, makes impacts and launches products/features across our global footprint. We collaborate closely with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-functional team members to ship remarkable features and products.
We're looking for a UX Researcher who understands both design excellence and trading. You'll be embedded in a product team that obsesses over craft, where your research directly shapes trading interfaces used by professionals worldwide. This isn't a typical research role removed from the product. You'll need design literacy to evaluate interface quality, trading knowledge (or curiosity) to speak credibly with power users, and research rigor to uncover insights that drive decisions

Job Responsibilities
- Design and run research studies (interviews, usability tests, surveys) to understand trader needs and behaviors
- Evaluate design quality through heuristic reviews, usability testing, and expert evaluations
- Translate findings into compelling insights that shape product decisions and improve UX
- Partner with designers to test prototypes early – help ship better products faster
- Present research to cross-functional teams and build empathy for users across the organization
- Establish research operations, recruit participants, and build best practices
Job Requirements
- 3+ years UX research experience (fintech, SaaS, or complex B2B products preferred)
- Strong understanding of design principles and ability to evaluate interface quality
- Excellent analytical and communication skillsPortfolio/case studies showing research impact on product design
- Curiosity and learning agility – you can become a domain expert quickly
- Bachelor's in HCI, Psychology, Design, Cognitive Science, or related (or equivalent experience)
