About the Role
In this fully remote role, you will create engaging, user-centered experiences across web, app, and email platforms while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. You will define content strategy, guide interface copy, and support information architecture decisions to ensure transactional and interactive experiences are clear, intuitive, and aligned with business priorities. The position offers the opportunity to influence how users interact with digital products, drive strategic messaging, and contribute to improving overall usability. Using data, customer feedback, and design principles, you will shape content that enhances the user journey. Accountabilities:
- Embed within cross-functional teams to define content strategy and enhance user experience
- Develop content plans, contribute to information architecture, navigation, and content modeling decisions
- Provide narrative perspective, instructional text, and microcopy for transactional and interactive experiences
- Advocate for content to foster meaningful user relationships while maintaining brand voice and tone consistency
- Create messaging strategies, outlines, and user interface copy for wireframes and prototypes
- Ensure content is implemented effectively to deliver on strategic goals
- Use user research, analytics, and feedback to measure content effectiveness and refine strategies
- Collaborate with UX designers and other stakeholders to align content with design and user goals
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in content strategy, content design, or UX writing for websites, apps, and email
- Proven ability to write microcopy, instructional content, and transactional messaging
- Portfolio submission is required to be considered
- Deep understanding of content organization, tagging, and human-centered design principles
- Strong analytical skills to interpret user research and analytics to inform content decisions
- Experience working on complex, multi-dimensional programs in iterative and agile environments
- Excellent collaboration, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Proficiency in design and collaboration tools such as Adobe XD Cloud, Figma, Miro, or similar platforms
- Preferred: Strategic thinking, initiative-taking, and the ability to connect multiple content threads to drive results
- Proven ability to build consensus and work effectively across multi-functional teams
