UX/UI Designer

Responsibilities:
- Iterate and refine our integrated infotainment and navigation applications
- Create wireframes, user flows, and interaction specifications with UX documentation
- Build mockups, prototypes, and presentations to communicate design ideas clearly
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, and researchers to explore and validate concepts
- Generate quick concept prototypes to illustrate and advocate design directions to stakeholders
- Work closely with engineers and QA teams to ensure high-quality implementation
- Contribute to and refine the design system for consistency and scalability
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design or related fields
- Master’s degree in Interaction Design, Industrial Design, Service Design, or related disciplines
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or other modern UI/UX design tools
- Experience building interactive prototypes to demonstrate user experience ideas
- Proven ability to translate product concepts into implementable designs
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- A positive attitude, open mind, and willingness to learn and have fun
- A healthy balance of practicality and curiosity, being comfortable tackling regular design problems while challenging the status quo and exploring new possibilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar tools
- Experience leading user research or usability study projects
