UX/UI Designer

Accountabilities:
- Design and iterate on responsive, user-centered web experiences aligned with brand and business goals
- Translate complex product concepts into intuitive and engaging user interfaces
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate design handoff and high-quality implementation
- Contribute to and maintain design systems, components, and visual standards for consistency and scalability
- Optimize user flows and interactions to improve usability and overall experience
- Work cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to align design with technical and business requirements
Requirements:
- Strong portfolio showcasing modern UX/UI and responsive web design work
- Proven experience designing for content-driven and scalable digital platforms
- Proficiency in Figma and experience working with design systems
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and cross-functional teams
- Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design
- Basic technical knowledge of HTML and CSS to support design handoff
- Familiarity with CMS platforms; experience with frameworks like Django is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment
