UX/UI Designer

In this role, you will play a key part in crafting intuitive, visually compelling digital experiences across both product and marketing platforms. You’ll transform complex, AI-driven concepts into seamless user journeys that drive engagement and clarity. Accountabilities:

  • Design and iterate on responsive, user-centered web experiences aligned with brand and business goals
  • Translate complex product concepts into intuitive and engaging user interfaces
  • Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate design handoff and high-quality implementation
  • Contribute to and maintain design systems, components, and visual standards for consistency and scalability
  • Optimize user flows and interactions to improve usability and overall experience
  • Work cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to align design with technical and business requirements

Requirements:

  • Strong portfolio showcasing modern UX/UI and responsive web design work
  • Proven experience designing for content-driven and scalable digital platforms
  • Proficiency in Figma and experience working with design systems
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and cross-functional teams
  • Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design
  • Basic technical knowledge of HTML and CSS to support design handoff
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms; experience with frameworks like Django is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment
