UX/UI designer

Your day-to-day:

• Own the end-to-end UX/UI design process — from early discovery and wireframing to final hand-off and QA with developers
• Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces for our B2B SaaS platform, ensuring clarity, usability, and a smooth customer experience
• Translate complex, data-heavy workflows into simple and elegant user journeys
• Collaborate with product managers, and developers to turn business goals into thoughtful design solutions
• Support ongoing development of a B2C product (web or Android app) by maintaining and refining existing UX/UI assets as needed
• Create and maintain a consistent design system to ensure cross-platform consistency and scalability
• Iterate on designs based on internal feedback, user research, and product usage data
• Occasionally contribute to marketing pages, onboarding flows, and product documentation layout
• Stay current with UX/UI best practices, emerging design tools, and trends in B2B and AI-powered applications

Your skills & experience:

• 2+ years of experience designing digital products (web or mobile), with a strong portfolio showcasing UX and UI skills
• Solid experience with Figma for UI design, prototyping, and design systems
• Strong understanding of UX fundamentals: user flows, usability, accessibility, and responsive design
• Ability to translate complex problems into clean, simple, and usable design solutions
• Experience working in fast-paced environments with cross-functional teams (developers, product, founders)
• Comfort with designing for both B2B and B2C contexts
• Clear communication skills in English (written and spoken).

Salary:

• Gross salary: 3500 – 5000 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
