As a UX/UI Designer, you will craft seamless, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences across multiple brands. You will translate complex workflows into clear, intuitive interfaces that enhance user satisfaction and drive measurable business outcomes. Partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and Growth teams, you will turn validated insights into high-performing designs while maintaining consistency across platforms. This role combines design excellence with systems thinking, offering the opportunity to influence product strategy, improve usability, and scale a design system that accelerates development. You will contribute to both user-facing interfaces and internal processes, ensuring a polished, accessible, and impactful product experience. Your work will directly enhance conversion, retention, and overall customer trust while shaping a fast-moving, collaborative design environment.
Accountabilities
- Create pixel-perfect, responsive UI designs for web and mobile across multiple brands.
- Collaborate closely with engineers to implement designs accurately, participate in QA cycles, and reduce rework.
- Maintain and evolve the multi-brand design system, contributing reusable components and ensuring design consistency.
- Translate research insights, usability testing results, and behavioral data into intuitive, high-performing screens and flows.
- Deliver thorough handoff documentation including specs, states, and interaction details.
- Support usability testing, iterate quickly based on findings, and ensure accessibility standards are met.
- Drive design processes and standards within a small, high-ownership team to foster scalable and efficient workflows.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or similar roles.
- Strong visual design skills with attention to interaction quality and detail.
- Systems thinking mindset with the ability to create scalable design solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
- Ability to balance speed and quality, moving quickly while maintaining high design standards.
- Comfortable being both scrappy and polished depending on the situation.
- Experience making evidence-based decisions using research and product data.
- Knowledge of accessibility best practices and responsive design principles.
